Typical time to submit a batch of phones for recycling into the system is 3 to 5 minutes. If you have many different models with varying working and lock status' it will take a little longer. Allow some time at your end to package and ship the phones to us. We only need to know if the phone is working, is locked to a network or is icloud / mdm locked.

Once you have submitted the batch to the system and shipped the phones to us, we will process them and email confirmation, including full details on each phone, within 7 business days. If there are no discrepancies or issues found with the batch we will pass payment confirmation to Westcoast. If there are issues found you should allow another 2 or 3 days for us to communicate and agree them with you.
